	Volunteering The only requirements: (1) Love working with KIDS (2) Wanting to IMPACT Lives All you need is the enthusiasm to work and sail with youth. We will provide sail training for those with no experience but are willing to try. It's all about the fun of interacting with predominately middle school youth. Share their life experiences and yours while sailing a Tall Ship. All are welcome, LAMI has opportunities on the vessels for crewing on daysails,voyages and vessel maintenance. You may also participate in event planning, fundraising, administrative assistance, and festivals. Opportunity is here...more YOUTH....more YOU.
